The NRX Business Telephone Range has been designed using the latest integrated circuit technology to offer superior performance and field reliability without increasing the cost. An emphasis has been put on product flexibility to allow the user to configure each of the telephone models for different applications and environments.
Main features include:
Headset use - A unique feature of this phone is that the built-in handset allows you take or make a call instantly and later transfer the call to the headset without cutting the caller off when you replace the handset.
Plastic – Durable virgin 2.5mm ABS plastic has been used on all the telephone models and 3mm on the telephone receiver. This ensures the strength and robust nature of the units.
Handset – Telephone handsets are fitted with an inductive coupler for the hearing impaired and a push to mute button which is located on the inner side of the receiver.
Recall and Dialling – Fully switchable setup for dialling type and recall setting:
· Dialling offers Loop Disconnect (LD) and Multi-frequency (MF)
· Recall offers Earth Recall and Timed Break Recall setting
Customisation – On some models a removable top panel allows for the units to be customised with corporate logos or other requested printed information.
Wall Mountable – Each unit has an integral wall mount bracket mounted in the base which can be used to wall mount the telephone. A secure handset hook ensures that the handset is held in place when used in the upright position.
Approval – All units fully conform to the latest European approval requirements including Safety and EMC.
Keypad – The keypad is manufactured using a two shot moulding process to ensure the lettering will never wear off.
Line Power – The majority of the NRX telephones are powered from the line, so there is no need for either batteries or an external power supply.
Memory – All the memory telephones in the NRX range use non volatile EEPROM storage which is retained by the unit without the need for batteries.
Message Waiting Indication – A range of message waiting settings are incorporated in each model to enable the units to be configured for different telephone systems. On some models this includes Siemens Hipath/Hicom, MD110, AT & T and Alcatel settings.
Ringer and Message Waiting Indication – Ultra bright neon and LED components provide clear indication of the telephones ringer and message waiting facilities and are visible across an open plan office.
